Santa ga Irutte Shinjiteru? [Final] [Waffle]

Overview:
The protagonist believed in Santa Claus till simply a couple of days in the past.
But when he lastly realized that his mother and father had been shopping for his Christmas presents all this time,
he confessed to his childhood buddy that he doubted the existence of Santa Claus.
Then his childhood buddy makes enjoyable of him whereas laughing hysterically.
On Christmas Eve, somebody knocks on the window of the protagonist’s room from exterior.
When he seems to be to see who it’s, the protagonist is stunned to see a female Santa standing there,
she tells him that she’s going to give him any current he desires.
The protagonist says,「I would like to be the form of man that my childhood buddy received’t make enjoyable of」.
The female Santa says,「Then I’ll make you right into a real man」 and pushes the protagonist down on the mattress……​
