Overview:
While exploring the island you will encounter its many inhabitants that wish to only do harm to the main character, but you will also meet some neutral NPCs that might help or hinder your journey.
It’s a 2D action platformer with some light metroidvania elements, such as non-linear exploration, inventory system, special skills, dialogue, etc. You will start the game on the beaches of a mysterious island and from there you will be able to explore it at your leisure, trying to find a way to escape from it and discovering its mysteries.

-> A bunny character that has a carefree personality and likes to frolick in the forests.
-> Bunnies are weak as they will be one of the first enemies encountered. The best that they can do is throw carrots.

-> She casts spells of increaing potency (including a tricky one) and finally she uses her mythical characteristic move: boobs allure.

-> Located in the upper hallways of the castle. Some are located in a new “gallery” to the right of the save point.
-> Something inhabits certain paitings on the walls disguising itself whitin. If Maya carelessly ventures underneath one of them, it pounces.
-> The scene tag is tentacle, with a twist ending.
-> There are 4 variants for the ending. The number of flames indicate which one will happen and no flames means choosen randomly (this is always the initial state).
+ Added a new enemy: Dominatrix
-> Located in the lower left parts of the Castle’s dungeons, which got a re-design in the layout of that area. Proceed to the left from the save point.
-> She can dodge Maya’s attacks and use her long whip to punish her.
-> The scene tag is lesbian/yuri as she uses her strap-on dildo to train Maya in how to behave.
+ Added a new enemy: Latex Machine
-> Located in the lower left parts of the Castle’s dungeons.
-> It is a stationary trap to capture unaware visitors and make movement and combat more dangerous as you navigate around them.

-> It puts Maya into an alternative fainted state.

+ Added a new enemy: Dog Boy
-> Located in the 2 levels of the Monster City, spread around.
-> It follows Maya around and when close enough it will bark. If Maya doesn’t run far away from it she will be attracted towards the dog boy (5 seconds charm debuff).
-> Once Maya starts petting it, the dog will eventually start training when Maya’s HP reaches half or a fixed amount of petting time has passed, whichever happens first.
-> If Maya is grabbed with less than half HP or while fainted, then the training state begins immediately.
-> When the dog-boy begins leading Maya around, another timer begins counting and if it reaches zero then the fainted state for Maya will occur.
-> At this point, Maya is taken to a certain location and an infinite loop will play more or less as follows:
1. A mating scene will play with the 3 basic loops and the climax (Maya is transformed for the 2nd round onwards)
2. A pregnant loop, and then birthing that can range randomly from 1 to 3 spawnlings per round (until a max of 6 rounds)
* Rebalanced the princess boss fight. Also her icicle skill now spawns an ice owl (in addition to the existing projectiles).

-> At a glance this creature might not seem like much, but it has a certain ability that can make it a frightening problem if not taken care of.

+ Easy mode (selectable in the options menu) now has proper effects in the game.
-> In general reduces enemies capabilites by half like max health points, defense, damage output, etc.
-> Maya is able to use her skills more frequently because the costs are reduced in half, and spirit regeneration is doubled.
-> Can be toggled anytime and it will instantly apply the changes.
+ The camera now pans towards mechanisms and objects when Maya activates levers and switches.
-> The camera moves towards the object being affected until it is in focus.
-> The camera will stay focused on the object for about 2 seconds, then it resets back to the player character.
-> This process can be instantly interrupted at any time by the player moving, pressing inputs, taking damage, etc.
+ The signal state of levers and switches are now stored in the current save file.
-> When loading a save file, the state of most activated switches will be maintained, as the file now records their last signal state.
-> There are some exceptions: levers that are on a timer, certain puzzle/secret switches, some elevators, etc. Those will behave as before by reseting on load.
-> States are only stored when the player saves the game, or when a retry point is created (like when transitioning between stages or teleporting).
-> Old saves will load fine but all levers will be in their default state. Any levers manipulated from now on are properly stored in the selected save file.
+ Added a Minimap
-> Displays a larger portion of the area around Maya, in a stripped-down fashion to auxiliate with navigation.
-> Can be toggled ON/OFF by holding the camera key (default “C”) and pressing the attack key (default “X”).
* Levers and switches that are on a timer now display an appropriate icon to indicate their unique behavior.
* Added simple animations to Maya when: she activate a lever; defeat a boss; acquire an important item.

+ Added a new enemy: Centaur Girl
-> She spawns from [redacted] in the castle, but her natural habitat is in the hills preceding the city (altought she is still a rare sight there).
-> Will kick with her hind legs when Maya is nearby, and perform a charging attack with her spear if Maya is careless.

-> He’s located in the new area of the castle, mostly inside the [redacted].

* Added a golden chest in the arena, which can be opened after defeating the boss. It contains a key item (literally) that opens the upper floors of the castle.

* Updated debug key F9: It now also unlocks all of the skills/abilities currently avaliable in the game that Maya can use (but has not picked up yet).

* Fixed a bug that caused Maya to not scream when she fell into death pits, and fixed some other corner cases regarding these pits as well.

-> Currently located in some parts of the Swamp and Garden stages.
+ Added a new enemy: Dwarf Girl
-> A bulky ginger shortstack that has an instatiable hunger due to the heavy labor in the mines.

+ Added a new enemy: Swamp Man
-> Big and agressive, those humanoids have only rudimentary intelligence and act mostly on base instinct such as lust.
-> They have higher HP when compared to other common enemies, and get quite agressive when they sense Maya nearby.

-> Currently located in some parts of the Swamp and Garden stages.
* Whenever Maya is grabbed, 20% of her max spirit/mana is instantly removed from her current value.

-> After defeating the werewolf boss in the caverns, continue to the right path to reach it.
-> It will serve as a connecting stage between the caves and the next areas.
-> Might be the most difficult area yet due to its broken terrain and abundance in enemies.
-> Has 5 hidden powerups for pick-up in total, with the last one being a tricky puzzle that will require some tought to pull off.
+ Added a new enemy: Futanari Ghost
-> A weak character, but her skill forces Maya to make a decision between chasing the ghost or being in a vulnerable position.
-> Her skill does no damage, but if it hits Maya it will instantly rip her layers of armor, and when naked Maya is grabbed instead.
-> When hit the ghost will scatter and be invulnerable, but also unable to perform her skill which will be cancelled immediatelly.
-> Has a unique ero scene because she can grab Maya using her skill, and her ring portal can be used for interesting things.
+ Added a new enemy: Swamp Pixie
-> Annoying flyers that unlike their cousins fairies, will swarm and harass Maya.
-> She has somewhat bad aim with her projectile, but it goes across walls so it can be a problem for Maya when on tight spaces.
-> Has two ero scenes: anal vore and unbirth. The same pixie will cycle through each version when grabbing Maya.
* Added signs with warnings telling players that they have reached a dead end (pending further development of the specific area). On subsequent updates, new stages will mostly be connected to those end points. Currently those are:
-> At the rightmost end of the 2nd stage of the monster city (Market)
-> At the leftmost end of the 2nd underground stage (Depths)

+ Added the initial pass of Maya’s voices to the game:
-> All ero scenes are now voiced.
-> Voice volume can be adjusted in the options screen. The default value for the slider is 90% of the max.
-> Variations of voices include: hurt/pain grunts, fainted screams, erotic moans that change based on scene speed and roughness, climax, blowjob and oral slurps, gagged and muffled sounds, etc.

-> A new flying enemy that resides in the underground of the island.
-> While she is quite strong, she’s also mostly blind so she has to use echo-location to find prey.
-> Once she identifies a reverberation on Maya she will swoop down on that spot.
-> Currently she can only be found on the new underground area.
-> Her erotic scene is a yuri/lesbian face-grind. Her scene contains 4 “states” (which are cycled by pressing the internal shoots key): wing-on and internal-off, wing-on and internal-on, wing-off and internal-off, wing-off and internal-on. In the future as I expand the scenes there will be a possibility of the werebat taking Maya away after the loop, to continue the love scene elsewhere.
+ Added the final underground main area: Crystal Veins
-> Is the main location of the mysterious crystals that permeate the island, and will be very relevant to the game’s story.
-> Like all other areas, will be more fleshed out on the late alpha.
* After finishing dashing, Maya’s speed now decreases more gradually instead of instantly.
* Smoothed out Maya’s head collision when jumping and slightly touching corners of tiles that are above her.
* Smoothed out Maya’s body collision when jumping towards and entering passages of 2 block height.
* Fixed Maya sometimes being stuck on the ceiling after doing a slide tackle over a trampoline flower.
* Fixed Maya becoming glued to the ceiling when crouching on a moving platform that pushes into the ceiling.

-> This is the 2nd part of the underground stages and it will lead into a boss fight.
-> It can be accessed by going all the way down to the bottom of the abandoned mines and taking the left passage there.
-> Currently there are 6 power-ups to be collected in this stage, some more difficult to find than others.
-> To get most of them, players will have to try and find a series of secret areas and corridors that lead to those items.
+ Added a new custom enemy: Mushroom Girl
-> This gal was the winner of a past poll and she got a big amount of votes at that time, based on the cock-vore fetish.
-> Opposed to the Lamia, the mushroom girl is much slower and has an “aloof” nature, but she’s much tankier than the Lamia too.
* Fixed enemies sometimes getting stuck in mid-air while displaying their idle animation.
* Fixed enemies jumping infinitelly while trying to chase Maya when she fainted near a wall and there were other enemies nearby.
* Fixed a glitch were enemies displayed ther idle animation instead of the ero animation when Maya was grabbed during a tackle.
* Fixed a glitch were the camera and collision would become messed up when Maya was grabbed right after a tackle ending.

Added new enemy: Gray Kobolds
-> Kobolds come in all shapes and sizes, and this particular species is well adapted to a life in the underground.
-> Their speed and small size make them very difficult to hit, which also enables them to navigate through small passages.
-> When threatened, they use a jumping attack to catch their opponents off-guard by going above their attacks.
* Added a new advanced option: Display lines showing the connections between switches and their linked objects (default off).
